Ok…at the request of the proud papa…(BJ) I will post some new pics of Hayden…like he doesn’t see her EVERY DAY or something 😉 Here are pics from her day with Jamie 🙂

so Courtney tells me I should update my blog hourly…..sheesh….my life is not that exciting…it would be a bunch of …hayden cooed, oh, now she is smiling….oh no, barfing…hee hee…..

Not much funness going on here….just hum drum work. Yesterday I worked all morning and into the afternoon at the office, then picked up my kiddo from Jamie and then worked some more at home. We rented Fabulous Four on PPV and it was actually pretty good. I liked it.

I can’t believe that tonight is the first night of American Idol. Last year we watched it with all our Waco pals and had pizza…I got so so sick that night and into the next week and thought it was from the pizza somehow, but no one else got sick….ha! no one else was pregnant either. So today marks the first of my pregnancy symptoms from last year…oh how the year has gone by. I can’t believe it. Seems like just yesterday yet it also seems sooooooo long ago at the same time.

So I took Hayden to the dr yesterday for a recheck on her RSV…and of course they weighed her…mind you this is with her clothes on and a slightly wet diaper…..16.3 lbs!!!!! WOAH! Yep I knew she was getting pretty big…now she only has to gain 9 more lbs and she can face forward 🙂 Anyway, the dr said she looks really good and is completely over her RSV. Now we just have to get rid of the stupid thrush that she got in her mouth due to the antibiotic. If its not one thing its 10 others.

Anyway, it says 27 degrees on my thermometer today…brrrrrrr….its about time we got some winter. I got a new coat from my brother for Christmas that I have been dying to wear and I haven’t had a chance til this morning.

Well, I must forge ahead with my day. Hope you are all well and ALicia!! hang in there girl! You are almost there!!!

Here is her in the laundry basket…she was so tired. She is holding her LuLu the Lamb and loves that thing. Hayden is trying to start sitting up by herself, but it only lasts maybe 1 second 🙂 Just long enough to snap a fast picture.

Well we have been busy. Everyone is back to work, back to life….whew. We have been working on the house. Getting everything organized for the new year, starting a work out program, because I want to run a marathon (Juli, maybe we can do one together sometime) but in order to do that I have to build up my mileage for a year. So that is what I am working on. I am ready to kick these last 12 pounds of baby weight, plus some more. Bj is going to train with me but I don’t know if he will run the marathon or not.

Well Hayden surprised me this morning when I went to get her out of bed she was rolled over on her back!! I couldn’t believe it. She had a huge smile on her face as if to say, Look what I did all by myself!! She looked so proud 🙂 She’s just growing up right under our noses.

Ok..so the birthday dinner was so nice. We went to Perry’s Grill. I had filet mignon, my favorite 🙂 Then the surprise was that I got to pick out a new watch. I’ve been wanting one for a while. So we went over to the mall and I got one. I really like it, its different and kind of chunky. Anyway, so that was that. Fun birthday! My parents brought me lunch that day from Brooklyn Bagel Co……Yum! And then me and mom watched Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. Pretty cute movie.

Then last night Bj’s parents took us to Houston to this restaurant called Fogo de Chao….its Brazilian. Oh wow, it was so good. They had this huge gourmet salad bar and then you sit down and they bring you all these different cuts of meat on a skewer and they cut you off whatever you want. There was a rack of lamb, pork loin, garlic beef, sirloin, and many many more. I have to recommend the lamb. So then you eat and eat until you are stuffed. They give you this little circle coaster-like thing and one side is red and one is green. You flip it to green when you want more meat and red when you need to stop. Oh we ate so much. It was awesome food, probably some of the best food I have ever eaten in my life. You all have to try it. There are only like two of them in the US.

Hayden and I went shopping together for the first time yesterday. I was a little worried about how she would do in her stroller for that long, but she did great, plus, it gave us priority privileges for the huge dressing rooms 🙂 We had a fun time and got a few good finds.

Well just wanted to update 🙂 Today Hayden is 3 months old! Wow, the time is flying by. I have some new pics that I’ll post when I get a chance.

It’s my birthday 🙂 Yippee!! I am 23 and was official at 8:51 this morning. See, I was nice to my mother…she went to the hospital at 2am and 6 hours later, I popped out…..not 22 hours later like some babies 😉

My mom is coming over today to hang out with me and we are going to watch Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants together. Hopefully it will be good. Then my hubby is taking me to dinner and then he has a surprise apparently afterward. I’m excited!! We haven’t been on a nice dinner date since Hayden was born. So this will be fun.

We had a great Christmas, and such a fun time with our Hayden! She stared at one bow for the whole time it seemed!! She is doing much better physically and we are continuing “rhino time” breathing treatments, and she has almost finished her medicines. Continue to pray for her full recovery and we appreciate all of your prayers so far.
