What a Kodak Moment!!!!!!!!

I was feeding Hayden, and got a phone call so I walked away and took the call. Well usually she would start “talking” or crying because she wanted more, but I didn’t hear her…..

This is what I came back to………

That is the cutest ever…she is even snoring! She must be so tired from teething!

WE HAVE TEETH!!!!

yes, that was not a misprint, i do mean teeth!! TWO Teeth at once. Today I was changing Hayden’s diaper and I saw a Hoobie hair in her mouth, so I was trying to get it out and my finger brushed something sharp….I checked and sure enough, two little teeth are poking through on the bottom. PRaise the Lord, they have finally cut through.

Those that have been around Hayden recently know that these teeth have been giving us all grief. Poor thing, has been snot-nosed and cranky for a while and finally finally they have come through!!! Whoo hoo..

I can’t believe she is sitting, and eating with a spoon, and now has teeth….time is flying by, before I know it she will be saying mamma and daddy and crawling….ahahhhh!!!!!! I love it, but I want my baby to stay little. 🙂

Anyway, congrats to matt and Mandy traylor on the birth of little Noah. He is precious.

Here are some pics of this weekend, Hayden getting ready for the summer time!! I tried to get a shot of the teeth but I haven’t got a good one yet.

Didn’t realize she’d be sitting TODAY!!! (actually yesterday :))

These are her first “sits” 🙂 And like I described….her licking her toy. And then her first day to try her big girl swing!! She loved it and squeeled!

Information

Unhappiness in relationships, according to Dr. Gary Chapman, is often due to the fact that we speak different love languages. Sometimes we don’t understand our partner’s requirements, or even our own. We all have a “love tank” that needs to be filled in order for us to express love to others, but there are different means by which our tank can be filled, and there are different ways that we can express love to others.

Take the quiz

5 months old!!!

Well Hayden is just doing all sorts of fun new things and cracking us up while she is at it. She is still eating SO good with her new solids and her favorites are EVERYTHING 🙂 She loves squash, green beans, carrots, sweet potatos (those make her gassy though), coconut pudding, rice cereal and applesauce, bananas and her most favorite, applesauce.

She is also rolling from back to front so fast. We can’t hardly get her diaper back on fast enough before she flips over. Other new finds….HER FEET. So cute to see her hold on to them and look at them and try to get them to her mouth. She has sat for a few seconds at a time and we think that she will be sitting very soon on her own. She is also in a licking phase. It is so funny. When she sits in her jumper she looks at the seat and bends down and licks it. Haha!! So funny. Same with her exersaucer. First thing everytime she gets in it…as if to check to see if they’ve changed overnight 🙂

The teeth are still trying to push through. Poor thing has been so uncomfortable the last week just putting anything she can grab into her mouth. I think its the lower front right one pushing the hardest. I can feel it very thick down there.

Anyway, that’s the latest on our little 5 monther!! Can’t believe it is that long already. I finally got a bunch of her pictures framed from when we had them done at 3 weeks. I still need to get her new pics taken…wanted to go for 4 months but maybe we’ll try for 6 🙂

Take care!!!

Well this weekend was fun. .Friday we went to Britton’s Bon Voyage party to the UK. There were SOOOO MANY PEOPLE THERE!! Poor Hayden went around and around the room till she finally found a cuddly shoulder and conked. Saturday we went out to Olive Garden with some people from our church and had a really nice time…then Sunday night Bj and I went to see The Pink Panther. It was pretty funny, but I still think the old ones are funnier. Peter Sellers is just hilarious.

Anyway, my daughter is unbelievably growing up so fast….she is now rolling freely from front to back and back to front and she scoots toward you doing the army crawl (sort of). I can’t believe it. She will be 5 months old next week! Wowee! BJ fed her food for the first time and it was hilarious!!

Take care and enjoy this beauty of a day 🙂

Stop right there!!!

Word to the wise….don’t waste your time or money on Freedomland! It was so boring and predictable and LOOOOOONNNNNGGGGG!!!! I must say, I love movies and love a good mystery/suspense…but this was BLECH! Julianne Moore did a great job at her character but the movie itself…well, enough said. Didn’t like it.

We are back

I have been working on a new blog for updates on my grandmother.Click Here For those of you that don’t know and wonder where in the world I have been. Last Saturday, my grandmother (mom’s mom) had a major stroke, leaving her with no function on her right side of her body. She has already began therapy and has regained many functions and is even able to speak in small sentences again. It is very hard to see her that way and know that she is such a vibrant individual. Please pray for full recovery and healing for her.

She was visiting family in Oklahoma when the stroke happened, so me and Hayden and my mom and dad went out there last weekend and returned Thursday night. Then when I got home I had a major ingrown toenail that needed to be removed so I had that taken care of on Friday. It has been a whirlwind and now I’m just trying to get things taken care of here, so that I will be able to help however I can when grandmother returns home.

Thank you all for your prayers and support!

Updates on Hayden, we got her little ears pierced and they are too cute. Thanks deb for going with me. I think I would have chickened out if you weren’t there. She is also LOVING solid food. She hasn’t turned anything down yet. And she is getting really close to sitting on her own. She is changing so much right under our noses.

I’ll post some new pics of her from our trip!
