Open Crib Alert!!!!

Both of my sweet babies are in open cribs as of today! Preslyn went in yesterday and Ella today!! All we are waiting on for Preslyn now is her to get her feeds up to 8!!! Ella is still extremely slowly going back on feeds so it is still a ways off for her, but little sis Preslyn is coming on strong!!

Here are pics of me holding ElWe are on our way up there tonight and I can’t wait to see them again in the same little pod!la again for the first time since her stomach scare. It seems like it had been ages!!!

My cousin John and I have some funny childhood memories that seem to resurface EVERY holiday 🙂 For instance…John tried to teach me how to say airplane when I was really little. Trouble was he kept pronouncing it “Aiwpwane”. He was adimate that I say it like that. Thankfully he didn’t try to teach me too many more words or I may be permanently damaged 🙂

Time Change

C-section is actually starting at 7:30am next Friday for those of you who are coming and for those who will be praying!!!

I can’t believe next week at this time I will have three beautiful daughters and I WON’T BE PREGNANT ANYMORE!!! WHOOOHOOO!!!!

27 week update

Your baby is really starting to get big. This week she weighs almost 2 pounds and is about 14.4 inches long with his legs extended. She now sleeps and wakes at regular intervals. She may suck her fingers, and although her lungs are still immature, they would be capable of functioning — with assistance — if she were born prematurely. Chalk up any rhythmic movement you may be feeling to a case of baby hiccups, which may be common from now on.

The way this relates is that the first trip I ever went with BJ’s family was to Colorado. It was the Christmas before we got married. We went skiing and it was so much fun. I stayed with his mom in a room and she told me that I sneezed more than any other person she knew. Lol… The bummer part was that we took a Tahoe down there with his whole family plus me…which isn’t that many people, but BJ and Britton are both tall plus we had all our luggage so finding a comfy spot to rest on the drive up and down was pretty tricky. We made great memories though. We made snow angels, convinced his mom to eat Chinese, and skiied our hearts out 🙂
