So the answer is N*SYNC and the story though it doesn’t relate to them actually relates to the Backstreet Boys. I had to look up the song, All I have to Give, because I didn’t know which group sang the song….to us, they are both the same…not really our cup of tea, but whatever. SO, the story is…In high school Bj and I went to a Valentines Banquet together at our school and there was a variety type show during it. His group of guys got up and lip-sanc to the song All I have to Give and it was HILARIOUS! I wish I had a video clip to put with this post. But oh well. Anyway, its definitely the only time BJ has EVER done anything like that in the entire time I have been with him. It was so cute and if you saw it you would cry from laughing so hard!

Update…tomorrow is 30 weeks…whoohooo! That is such a great milestone and we are going for more! I found out who is doing my C-section yesterday and if all goes as planned it will be at 8 am on the 13th. I reallly like the doctor that is going to do it and am glad that she will be the one. I also have earned 6 hour monitoring instead of 4 which has been nice for the sleeping at night. They also have backed down on my blood sugar tests and now I only get tested every other day! That is great!
I’ve been having several episodes of contractions. Every time we’ve been able to get them to stop, but it is very uncomfortable and contractions usually use to dialating which we don’t want.
Some bad news is that our insurance has renigged on paying for everything. Now they aren’t paying for anything past Oct. 17. There are lots of people fighting the denial and we are praying that it will be reinstated. It is so wierd that they did that. The good thing is they can’t legally take back the money they have already agreed to pay for those three weeks so we got half of my stay paid for. So everyone keep praying!!!
A it is…
According to Wikipedia…Acapulco is known as the paradise of the americas. BJ and I took Hayden with us two summers ago and it was so much fun. She did great on her first plane ride and we just chilled for a whole week. You can see all the details here and see how little Hayden was then. So weird to see her and remember her that small.
Acapulco was also the setting for Elvis Presley’s movie Fun in Acapulco.
We made it to 29 weeks!

The Letter M
Well I don’t have a story that relates to the clue but I will tell you the story of how we got engaged, for those who have never heard it 🙂 Since for me that happens once in a lifetime!
It was the summer and BJ and I were taking a BIO class together here at home. We were supposed to watch Gatica for some reason, on our own time. So we had decided to get together and watch it at my house. Well, that morning I woke up with some freak eye disorder. One of my eyes was totally swollen. We had no idea what was wrong. So BJ had called and asked if we could go grab a bite to eat before we watched the movie. (It was right around our 1 yr. 4mo. anniversary or something). He asked if we could go somewhere kind of nice and dress up a bit. Well I told him I didn’t feel like doing anything and I surely wasn’t getting all dressed up and putting makeup on my swollen eye. As the day progressed I felt less and less like going anywhere, but he kept insisting. So reluctantly I agreed. My eye started un-swelling and I started to feel better. So, I start getting ready and my mom keeps coming in and telling me that I should wear something nicer. I didn’t really care what I was wearing because it was no big deal to me, so I was kind of getting aggravated. So , BJ shows up and we leave. This new little restaurant had just opened The Black Walnut, and I had been wanting to go for a while. So he pulled up there and I was so excited. We start walking in and he makes a comment that he made reservations for us. I didn’t think much of it, and he even said he reserved us a room. I thought, well a room is way too big for just us, but oh well. I didn’t know why he felt like we needed to eat in solitude. So we walk in and someone is waiting for us and had the room all closed off. So we walk in to the room and there are several small tables, and one in the back with a card and a rose. I thought it was so cute and just a gesture toward our anniversary of being together. So we go sit down and I start reading the card. I don’t remember the exact wording, but it said something like ” here’s to the first of many new anniversaries“. I didn’t get it at all….so I’m reading this out loud and look up as I finish and BJ is on his knee with the ring in front of me. I totally freaked. I had not seen that coming and was totally caught off guard. I kept asking if he had already talked to my parents (which of course he had) and I just couldn’t believe that this was happening. I was so excited, and of course I said yes. So I put the ring on and we started talking about how he had worked everything out and planned everything. He had met with my parents two weeks before and I had no clue. They were great secret keepers. So as we are talking suddenly his family and my family and his best friend Jared all walk in with a video camera. I could not believe it. That’s when I started crying. So we all ate and celebrated our first dinner as a merging family. I think I ate two bites 🙂 It was the perfect day! And BJ had picked out the ring himself so I had no idea at all. And it was gorgeous 🙂 Then I realized why my mom had wanted me to dress up more. That little sneaker!

The story behind the clue is that BJ gave me my first pair of earrings. I didn’t get my ears pierced until I was a senior in high school, and he gave me these really cute star dangle earrings. Then on our first married Christmas he gave me a real pair of diamond studs on Christmas eve 🙂 I’m so spoiled!

For those that are still lost….The place you can order sliders is TGI Fridays. There are three types, the friday’s original, Chimichurri and Cheeseburger. SO. the last two have a hidden additive…if you cancel out all of the letters in the two words that are not single letters then you will be left with BMSG….Baby B and the additive is MSG. So, that gives you one S! 🙂

BJ and I had our first date at Fridays. No clue what we ate….we were on cloud 9 🙂 It’s kind of funny now, because we hardly ever go there at all. I think we have eaten there together maybe 6 times in our entire relationship. Still, it will always hold a special place in our hearts.
