Yesterday Hayden was asking lots of questions about little Ella, and why she has her scar and what happened to her. We’ve had these talks before, each time in a little more depth. Hayden is always so concerned with what happened her her little sister and remembers touching her through the little hole in the warming bed, when Ella was too sick to even hold. Every time I talk about it, a huge knot jumps into my throat as I recall those agonizing months without her in our home. Fighting for her little life and the desperation that I felt and how much I had to lay it all down at the feet of Jesus.
I am so thankful for her in our lives. She is just precious and goofy . That child lights up a room with her clumsy run and huge grin.
I love her so much and am thankful for the testimony that she is and can’t wait to hear her tell others what a miracle she is and how Jesus saved her.

I have recently found some new crafting blogs that have lit up my crafty fire. http://www.u-createcrafts.com/ย andย http://www.themotherhuddle.com/ย Oh I am so excited about some upcoming projects that I hope will turn out lovely! I recently was given a bunch of fabric, buttons, tools, etc. for sewing and I intend on putting them to great use. I have some cute thoughts for some handmade gifts for the girls’ upcoming birthdays and Christmas and I need to start early so I can get them all worked out.
Day 4- shoulders and arms,ย ab ripperย DONE!

We technically started our move in February. It is now July and our house is still in complete disarray. Mostly because of our crazy schedule. Between part-time jobs, full time jobs, parenting, life, church and whatever is in between we have been slowly arranging things, but it has been a snail-speed process. We STILL have stuff at our old house that we just haven’t brought over because I don’t think I could handle one more pile of stuff anywhere or I may lose my sanity.
So over the last several months, we would bring a load over, pile it into our front room and try to go through it during the week. Usually right when we would get everything from that load put away one or both of us wouldย bring over another load, and so the process went on. My list of to-do’s is so incredibly long there is no need for a list, just look around and I can see all of my reminders. Plus there is the upkeep…which is unbelievable with three little kidlets. I feel like I am constantly cleaning up mess after mess, laundry like crazy, dishes by the hour, a full bag of trash per day…..aye yai yai. I’ve put the girls on chore detail and they are quite helpful but there is only so much a four year old and 2 two year olds can manage alone ๐ย
Needless to say, I’m ready to be settled, organized and un-crazed! So here is my journey through the craze!
