A new month, crisp air, clean slate. Makes me want to purge clutter , refocus my meal planning, start a new study in the Bible, do a fitness challenge.

Here are some of the things I’m doing:

-drinking more water / 4-32oz. water bottles

-quiet time and exercise in before the boys wake up

-getting to bed by 10:30

-october squat challenge @rebeldietitian
